SAP Delivery Lead
Anu Visa (except OPTs/CPTs) SAP Lead resource for ADM Portfolio (SAP Delivery Lead)
• 12+ years of overall SAP application delivery management experience. 6+ years of SAP S/4 application management services (AMS) experience and
• Must be able to prioritize day to day AMS activities within team and ensure SLAs are being met.
• Must have knowledge about Service Now applications (SNOW) and reporting from SNOW for weekly / monthly reporting.
• SAP functional consultant or Lead role experience is desirable.
• Fluent communication and client interaction skills. Client relationship management experience is must.
• Able to identify and implement continuous service improvement initiative like automation, quality improvement, etc.
