Grand Sierra Resort seeks an Information Technology Support Technician I to provide first-line, routine technical support for enterprise, client/server, and desktop systems in Reno, NV. Under supervision, assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs of computer systems, peripherals, and networks.
You will handle help desk inquiries via phone and email, process hardware requests, support login issues, and document steps in the ticket system in a timely manner.
