Amperesand is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our Reno IT team. This onsite role covers the full helpdesk spectrum, supporting hardware, software, accounts and connectivity, and serving as the first contact for technical requests.
You will help keep staff productive by resolving issues on Windows/macOS, configuring new workstations, and managing user accounts in Entra , while collaborating with teams across the company.
