Personal Lines Account Manager

Overview

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of business, including both standard and high-net-worth accounts. • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

• Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in premium
• Handling renewals, quoting, marketing, and account management from start to finish
• Processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and upselling opportunities
• Quoting new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role)
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

• Licenses:
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in standard personal lines insurance
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
