Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on employment-related matters, including compliance and policy updates Manage employment and commercial litigation, including overseeing outside counsel and developing strategies Assist with negotiation and review of SaaS agreements and other commercial contracts
Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house counsel experience Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and experience managing litigation Exposure to SaaS contracting and basic commercial transactions Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
