• Expertise in Law, with a specific focus on Business Law, Litigation for Trusts / Estates & Civil Litigation
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and performing thorough Research
• Strong Negotiation skills and experience in resolving legal disputes effectively
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Familiarity with legal challenges faced by small businesses is a plus
