Responsibilities
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for controlling inventory of finished goods required for projected or forecasted sales and distribution demand.
- Oversees master scheduling, materials handling, inventory turnover, customer service levels, stocking decisions, forecasting and administrative controls.
- Analyzes inventory levels, positioning and production and sales forecasts.
- Develops and maintains inputs to computerized inventory system.
- Coordinates liquidation and transfer of stock to reflect cost, age and demand.
- Initiates actions in out-of-stock situations.
- Ensures appropriate routing, scheduling and storing of goods.
Education:
- High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of Inventory management experience.
- Basic computer knowledge with data entry and look up.
- Previous Salesforce and SAP use perferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Shift:
- 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, may require Saturdays.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $22/hr – $26/hr USD, based on a good‑faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
