AAA - Flatbed Tow Operator

Schedule:

Starts at 8am, 11am, 1pm, or 3pm to Midnight (includes weekends). Minimum of 40 hours per week. Starting pay $22.75 per hour, with shift differentials $0.75 to $1.50 per hour, productivity incentives up to $1,900 per month, and monthly bonuses available. No experience needed; full training provided.

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to determine issues.
• Provide roadside assistance including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock‑outs.
• Build trust and problem‑solve while remaining a calming presence for members on scene.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, under pressure.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle components and common reasons for vehicle failure.
• Evaluate member safety and discern safety issues to respond appropriately.
• Drive manual or automatic shift vehicles as required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work specified hours, including weekends.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and stoop as required.
• Works outdoors in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Ability to work in vehicle recovery sites that may be wet, messy, and hazardous.
• Provide a photograph for identification purposes.
• No prior towing experience required; training provided.
