Arrow Electronics is seeking a Logistics Engineer III to optimize our wholesale technology distribution network. In this performance-driven, collaborative role, you will analyze supply chain data, design efficient warehouse layouts, streamline material flows, and improve transportation and inventory strategies. You'll lead cross-functional projects, develop KPIs, and implement process improvements that reduce cost, improve service levels, and support global customer success across diverse industrial and commercial markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics and supply chain performance data to identify cost, service, and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize warehouse layouts, material flows, and storage strategies for wholesale technology distribution
- Develop and refine transportation, routing, and distribution strategies to improve delivery performance and reduce cost
- Lead cross-functional logistics improvement projects with operations, IT, finance, and sales teams
- Define, track, and report key logistics KPIs and develop data-driven recommendations for leadership
- Model logistics costs and scenarios to support network design and strategic decisions
- Implement process improvements using lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Support ERP/WMS configuration and best practices to enhance logistics operations
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to standardize and scale best-in-class logistics processes
- Ensure logistics solutions align with customer requirements, quality standards, and compliance expectations
