• Handling our Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups
• Complete garage door inspections following a checklist
• Handle call back visits when we don’t get it right the first time
• Focus on turning negative experiences into positive experiences
• Educate customers on their door and findings from the inspection
• Receiving POs for the warehouse and updating inventory with the exact counts
• Assisting the Area Manager or Market Lead with load outs for techs and installers
• Maintaining physical counts in warehouse and updating inventory

• Be nice! I know, we shouldn’t have to say that, but we mean it.
• Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
• Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, Google etc as well as tablet and computer use
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• GED or HS diploma not required, however reading skills as well as basic math skills (measurements, payments) are required.
• Professional appearance
• Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States

• Our apprenticeship is a 4 week training program at the A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, AZ.
• A1 covers flights and accommodations for the duration of your training in Phoenix.
• During training you will typically work 45–50 hours a week and qualify for overtime for hours over 40 in a week.
• Once you complete training, you will receive a $1,000 bonus and graduate to a junior maintenance technician performing duties in and around your market.

• After we review your application, you will be contacted for an interview with a recruiter. Plan on up to 45 minutes.
• Next step is an interview with the Area manager. Plan on approximately 30 minutes.
• Next step is a ride‑along with one of our technicians to see what life at A1 is really like. Plan on ½ day.
