Position Summary
The Lodge/Janitorial Attendant is responsible for general maintenance and cleaning of the main lodges e, including restrooms, lobbies, offices, and locker rooms. The Attendant will also remove snow from critical areas as necessary.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all areas of the resort lodge.
- Give cleaning/maintenance priority to Customer Contact Zones – restrooms and lobby areas.
- Clean and restock restroom supplies as needed during the day.
- Clean and vacuum administration offices, department offices, employee locker rooms, and clean storage areas.
- Assist with snow removal as needed.
- End‑of‑day restroom and lobby clean‑up. Perform weekly cleaning duties as outlined on maintenance schedule.
- Communicate with management staff regarding needed building repairs, supplies, or safety concerns.
- Personable and approachable. No prior experience required.
- Able to communicate effectively with managers and supervisors.
- Must be able to physically perform all janitorial duties, including lifting and carrying cleaning supplies, pushing mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, shoveling snow, etc.
