This is a full-time on-site role located in Reno, NV, for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and direct maintenance operations to ensure efficient, safe, and operational apartment communities. Key responsibilities include performing and delegating maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, coordinating with vendors and contractors, reporting necessary repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role also involves collaborating with the property management team to maintain high living standards for residents while supporting the organization's mission for excellence.

• Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Experience in team management, coordination with vendors/contractors, and scheduling maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify and address issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and maintenance standards for residential properties.
• Ability to use property management software and digital tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role in residential or commercial properties is an advantage.
