We’re partnered with a growing company in the home improvement industry, seeking a Branch Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities- Own day-to-day branch operations and drive profitability
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership and coaching
- Maintain and grow key account relationships
- Be the ultimate decision-maker for customer service and operational issues
- Ensure consistent and even-keeled handling of customer and team challenges
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in construction, remodel, or related industries
- Proven ability to lead operations, people, and profitability
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Experience building and maintaining account relationships at the executive level
$80,000 per year
