The COO partners closely with the Veterinary and Training teams, serving as the infrastructure and biosecurity leader while respecting and supporting clinical ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the 27-acre campus and all physical assets to a pristine, “zero-defect” standard.

- Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, project management, procurement, warehouse operations, fleet management, and special projects to continuously support organizational needs.
- Oversee the operation of twenty Veteran residential suites designed to support rest and recovery during training.
- Manage the Executive Chef and food services team to deliver high-quality, wellness-focused meals aligned with the physical demands of the program.
- Lead a hospitality-driven team that treats every Veteran with the highest level of respect, professionalism, and care.

- Ensure continuous uptime and performance of campus-wide IT, cybersecurity, and smart-campus systems as a seamless operational backbone.
- Maintain full readiness for medical, animal, or environmental incidents with coordinated response protocols, including collaboration with local authorities.
- Develop and manage the operational budget with discipline and strategic foresight, ensuring long-term sustainability and operational excellence.
- Provide executive oversight of HR and Finance to ensure these functions are high-performing, compliant, and aligned with the company’s mission.
- 12+ years of senior operations leadership experience in complex environments (e.g., high-end corporate campuses, elite training academies, premier residential estates, or similar settings).
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional facility standards, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing complex physical infrastructure alongside sophisticated IT and security ecosystems.
- Proven ability to partner with specialized teams (Veterinary/Training) as a trusted infrastructure leader without encroaching on clinical responsibilities.
