ALC in Reno Nevada has an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team.

• Direct and leadday-to-day operational teams to meet and exceed planned deliverables while managing a high volume of concurrent tasks.
• Ensure operational excellence and achievement of the operations plan within the assigned geographic area.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the organization meets or exceeds customer and sales goal expectations.
• Manage resource allocation, reallocating personnel as needed to improve overall results and project delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with national operations leaders and other internal areas toleveragebest practices and align with company objectives.

• Oversee and manageall aspects of project execution, adhering strictly toestablishedproject processes.

  Project Managersandensuring successful project delivery.
• Direct revenue forecasting activitiesandestablishperformance standards that align with established business objectives.
• Support Project Managersinidentifying, securing, and processing change orders for out-of-scope work.
• Assist the Sales teamby reviewing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in bid estimations.

• Lead all hiring responsibilities,recruiting and onboarding Project Managers, System Specialist Supervisors, System Specialists, and Associate Project Managers with the requisite skills and competencies.
• Develop and implement coaching and training programs for the operations team on advanced project management techniques to ensure they achieve targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions(e.g., "ride-alongs") with employees and meet with key clients to build and strengthen relationships.

• Partner with the Sales Managerto develop strategic business plans for both securing new business andmaintainingthe existing customer base.
• Ensure the establishment and development of professional, strategic relationships with key prospects to better understand and meet customer needs within the contracted scope.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+years
  
  Project Management Experience
• 5+years experience in building automation systems in either Retail, Industrial,Pharmaceutical, HVAC Construction, Data Center and Services
• 4+ years experience infield operations
• 2+ years experience in leading a team
• Valid Driver’s License

• Associate or Bachelor’s
• PMP Certification
• Project financial reportingandproject management skills
• Lead and motivate teams
• MS Office 365 Suite:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and One Drive
• Cora,Asana,Bidtracer, SFDC,Microsoft Projects, Visio,Auto Cad
