You are a highly driven and technically astute Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, high‑stakes construction environments. S2N is seeking a Project Manager, Data Centers to own the successful delivery of Layer 1 infrastructure for large, hyper‑scaler clients.

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage aggressive project schedules, meticulously control budgets and costs, and ensure project profitability.
• Build, lead, and motivate your project team, providing technical and administrative leadership.
• Foster a collaborative and high‑performance environment, champion training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Manage the implementation and integration of critical systems, including Layer 1 infrastructure, cabinet/rack level cooling and power distribution, integrated security systems, and Level 0 through Level 5 testing and commissioning.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with owners, design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; serve as the primary point of contact.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality control and rigorously ensure compliance with industry specifications and standards.
• Skillfully manage all project documentation, including contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement processes, and monitoring correspondence.

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of progressive construction management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing layer 1 infrastructure for large hyper‑scalers.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, proactive, and a proven problem‑solver.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly Preferred:
  • Prior experience specifically managing large‑scale, data center projects.
  • Experience skillfully negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., BICSI, PMP, ASIS, CTS).
