Operations Director - Mechanical Construction

One of the nation's largest and most respected mechanical contractors is seeking an experienced operations leader to help lead one of its fastest-growing regional offices.

The individual hired will play a key leadership role within the Reno operation, partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic growth while providing leadership and direction to Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Executives.

This opportunity is often viewed as the level between Project Executive and Vice President of Construction and offers a clear path toward executive leadership.

• Help lead the overall Reno operation alongside executive leadership
• Provide leadership and mentorship to PMs, Sr. PMs, and PXs
• Drive business growth and client relationships
• Oversee operational performance, financial results, and project execution
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent

• Mechanical construction leadership experience
• Experience managing large commercial or industrial HVAC/plumbing projects
• Strong operational, financial, and client relationship skills
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Project Executive, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership experience
