Operations Manager ICQA

Overview

Operations Manager responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of Stord’s fulfillment center, ensuring inventory accuracy, meeting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.

• Lead operations for inbound, put‑away, outbound, B2C, B2B, and returns.
• Oversee ICQA processes including cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and adjustment governance.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, audit readiness, and GMP standards where required.
• Set and monitor operational KPIs such as warehouse location accuracy, dock‑to‑stock, outbound SLA, and productivity metrics.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and operational P&L.
• Schedule and staff to meet workload demands, including new client launches.
• Develop and coach Area Managers, leads, and associates.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—industrial engineering, solutions engineering, customer quality, and implementation teams—to deliver results.
• Address operational and personnel issues and drive process improvements.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs arise.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a high‑volume direct‑to‑consumer environment.
• Leadership of salaried teams of at least 5 employees and non‑exempt teams of 60 or more.
• Experience managing a 200k sq ft or larger facility.
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with prior leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to transport up to 20 lbs. and work in a distribution center environment.
• Experience with automation and high technical operations.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Ability to work effectively under stress and deadlines.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in operational startup or change‑management projects.
