Face to Face Spa is a Med Spa leading provider of advanced skincare and wellness treatments, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and outstanding client experiences. We are seeking an organized and motivated Med Spa Manager to join our team and lead our daily operations.

The Med Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spa’s operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and staff management. This role combines leadership, business management, and a passion for skincare and wellness.

• Manage daily spa operations and scheduling
• Supervise, train, and motivate spa staff
• Ensure excellent client experiences and handle client concerns professionally
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and reporting
  
  Develop marketing initiatives and promotions to increase client base
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

• Proven experience in spa or medical spa management preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of skincare treatments and industry trends a plus
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills
• Proficient with scheduling and management software
