Office Manager – Northern Nevada
Absolute Dental is Nevada’s largest dental network with 45+ locations and continues to grow statewide! We’re looking for strong, results-driven leaders to oversee operations and guide high-performing teams across Northern Nevada.

What We Offer- Base Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: $10,000 – $20,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (clawback terms apply)

Some Office Manager roles may require travel between nearby practices as part of operational oversight.
What You Will Do- Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience
- Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals
- Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams
- Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management
- Ensure compliance with all state dental and safety regulations
- Experience in medical or dental office management
- Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset
- Ability to manage teams and improve operational performance
- Weekend availability as needed
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
