Coinbase is seeking a Compliance Product Data Lead to build the data function for the compliance product organization from the ground up. You will bridge Engineering, Product, and Compliance to design data ecosystems and fit-for-purpose data products that power Customer Risk Scoring, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions programs.
You will lead a team of Data Product Managers/Analysts, drive data governance, and establish robust data contracts and lineage to support regulatory reporting.
