Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team, splitting time between field and office. You will interview, hire, train and coach reps, manage leads, track performance and drive revenue through coaching and field visits.
This W-2 role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, paid training and vacations, with daily office hours 10:00am–2:00pm and field hours 2:30pm–8:30pm.
