Vault; Cold Warehouse

Model Dairy Foods, a leading supplier and distributor of high-quality, award-winning dairy products, is looking for aCold Warehouse Team Member to join our team out of our Reno, NV, production facility. This position will be responsible for demonstrating our Model Dairy Core Values and carrying out our purpose of Nourishing Lives.

• Approach work with a Continuos Improvement mindset, and engage in Model Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.
• Own and promote a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
• Unload trailers of empty pallets and cases using pallet jack, move cases to washer for cleaning.
• Load pallets into trucks using pallet jack; ability to follow written load tickets for accurate shipments.
• Stage product for shipping; ability to follow written load tickets for accurate loads.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be a trustworthy self-starter who can work independently on highly detailed tasks and deliver accurate, timely results.
• Ability to learn quickly and continuously.
• Must be able to stand/walk for full shift, lift 50 lbs., pull/push up to 300 pounds and work safely around industrial machinery.
• Must be able to work in cold (refrigerated) environment.
• Must be available to work any shift including weekends.
