Shop Supervisor; Glazing Exp

A Shower Fabrication and Installation Company located in Reno, Nevada, has an immediate opening for a Shop Supervisor. This is a full‑time position that will require the candidate to run the shop, perform various fabrication tasks, and manage shop operations.

• Valid driver’s license for the last 3 years.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Glazing industry background a plus.
• Computer literate.
• Organizational skills.
• Able to manage inventory controls.
• Familiar with OSHA requirements.
• Clean motor‑vehicle record and qualified to operate a company vehicle (DMV printout required when applying).
• Ability to read/speak/write in English and communicate with employees and customers.
• Professional, safe, and friendly attitude when communicating with customers and operating a company vehicle.

Candidate will be required to safely handle, load and secure various types and sizes of products manufactured in our Reno, Nevada facility (Glass, Organizer Material, Wardrobe Doors, etc.).
