Fabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel and other metal equipment used in cheese production and packaging.;
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.;
Perform welding (MIG/TIG/Stick), cutting, grinding, and finishing of components.;
Modify and repair machinery, conveyors, tanks, and other plant equipment to meet production needs.;
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify fabrication needs and provide timely solutions.
