Manufacturing Assembler

Position

Assembler (I) – Lennox AES, Reno, NV.

• Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products.
• Identify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Perform other limited assembly, fabrication, production, or operator tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

• Stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Lift and move moderate to heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Learn to operate basic machinery (e.g., waterjet).
• Paint and work with insulation.

This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $20 per hour. Overtime is available for hours over 40 per week as required by state law.
