Warehouse Associate I - Shipping (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Hourly Rate: $19.00. Up to $21.50 for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Overtime:
Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Arrow Electronics is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our fast‑paced electronics repair and processing facility. • Support all departments including receiving, audit, shipping and recycling.
• Perform physical activities necessary to receive, sort, package, ship and teardown inventory through designated work stages.
• Move inventory to appropriate staging areas for further processing as per the statement of work.
• Verify asset counts, sort, and label product.
• Load and unload product onto the production line to route to the appropriate area.
• Disassemble electronic equipment per company and customer specifications, using equipment such as pneumatic power tools.
• Identify and sort commodities into appropriate categories.
• Consolidate and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Utilize material handling equipment.
• Maintain system transactions and paperwork that support and validate the processing and disposition of material.
• Ensure quantity, quality, and accuracy of production levels.

• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to regularly operate a computer for basic functions.
• Ability to identify basic computer devices including PCs, laptops, HDDs, printers, networking, monitors.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reading, writing, and understanding of English language.
• Position involves standing and/or walking for considerable lengths of time. Bending to floor level is required. Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required.
• Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department‑wide production & quality goals.
• Comfortable working under high productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
• Impeccable attendance required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed for overtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards within facility and daily workspace.
• Able to read printed numbers, letters, and symbols with a 5‑point font size.
• Know or learn to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, automated storage & retrieval system, carousel) and packaging equipment after applicable training.
• Perform end‑user computer functions on warehouse computer systems.
• Ability to stand continually; bend, twist, stoop, reach; handle, lift, push product and equipment up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills to count quickly and accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
