We are hiring a VAC Operator for a leading manufacturing facility in Reno, NV. This hands‑on role involves working with materials such as fabric, vinyl, and leather to assemble and finish products.

• Operate VAC equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and production standards are met.
• Loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine operations, performing basic equipment adjustments, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures, production schedules, and company quality standards while working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and defects.
• Meet daily production goals and follow schedules.
• Assist with packaging and labeling when needed.

• Manufacturing / production setting.
• Fast‑paced with repetitive tasks.
• Requires standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience.
• Ability to use hand tools and adhesives.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs.
• Steel‑toe boots required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.
• Overtime:
  Fridays & Saturdays as needed.

• $22.00/hr.
