* Impact a developing tech stack based on modern front-end frameworks and cost-efficient utilization of AWS back-end services, balancing long-term platform health with near-term delivery needs.
* Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way, influencing decisions across functions and representing Portfolio Accounting in broader company discussions.
* Contribute to a collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency, modeling cross-team collaboration and reinforcing The Ridgeline Way in how your teams operate.
* Build a diverse team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, intentionally hiring, developing, and promoting talent in line with Ridgeline's DE&I commitments.
* Ensure close relationships in a multi-location organization, connecting our product and engineering teams, and aligning priorities and dependencies across those teams.
* Promote a culture of feedback that encourages your team and peers to be candid with each other and you, creating the conditions for continuous improvement and sustained high performance.
* Work closely with several other teams and our customers to deliver reliable, fast, and accurate Portfolio Accounting that their products and businesses depend on, owning the roadmap and outcomes for your area and clearly communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
