Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking an Assembler II (2nd Shift) – Cable Tray at our Reno, NV facility. The rate for this position is $22.73 per hour, with a $0.50 shift differential and a potential overtime premium. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

- Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
- Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips and other fastening devices.
- Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.
- Handle 50‑pound parts with or without accommodation to assist with large part construction.
- Support all facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including:
- Maintain 5‑S throughout shop floor and office areas.
- Track and sustain visual management tools such as layered audits, OEE boards, and other LEAN tools.
- Encourage, support and actively participate in Kaizen improvements and events throughout the facility, department, and area of responsibility.
- No relocation will be provided; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Reno facility (Active‑Duty Military Service members are exempt).

- Must be able to operate machinery and presses safely.
- Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Must be able to identify gauges and types of raw material.
- Must be able to work effectively as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
- Must stand on feet continuously, lift, and bend during the shift, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.
