Production Associate​/Swing

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production, packaging, and quality inspection of cheese products while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

• Operate production and packaging equipment according to company procedures.
• Package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor production lines and report equipment malfunctions or product defects.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP guidelines, and food safety regulations.
• Load raw materials and supplies onto production lines as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and fast‑paced production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in cold conditions (22-33°F).
