ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical robotic assemblies, assigning daily job duties, ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing shift pass downs, ensuring adherence to manufacturing and quality standards, training personnel, performing assembly and troubleshooting duties, articulating departmental needs, overseeing employees, and providing equitable treatment to all employees.
QualificationsQualifications include the ability to work independently and with others, coordinate between production areas, instruct assemblers, read and interpret drawings, work in a manufacturing environment, use software applications, and have good eye/hand coordination and motor skills.
Education/ExperienceEducation/Experience includes a high school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years in a technical environment troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical assemblies, preferred prior experience as an assembler, electro-mechanical assembler, or senior technician, and ability to troubleshoot fixtures and tooling in electro-mechanical assembly.
