Production Operator

Job Description

Intelli Source is looking to hire Production Operators located on USA Parkway. We have partnered with an exciting organization and we're on the hunt for a motivated individuals who want to join our team. This is a temp to hire position that offers 8‑hour shifts.

• Pay:
  Start at $21 depending on shift
• Hours:
  
  8 hour shifts are available
  • 6am to 2pm (Tuesday through Friday)
  • 2pm to 10pm (Monday through Friday)
  • 10pm to 6am (Monday through Friday
• No shuttles are available

• Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
• Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.
• Complete production monitoring documents.
• Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
• Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
• Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.

• Positive attitude & "can-do" mentality that is customer service oriented.
• Must be reliable, team-player, driven, demonstrate respect for safety and an eye for quality.
• Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily.
• Physical work includes but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, etc.
• You must have your own transportation for this position.
