Overview:
At IGT, we create world-class gaming technology that powers casinos and gaming experiences around the globe. As a Software Duplicator II Operator, you'll play a critical role in our production operations by ensuring gaming software is duplicated accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys contributing to a high-performing production team.

What

You'll Do
  • Execute daily software duplication activities according to production schedules and supervisor priorities.
  • Operate the IGT Duplicator II system to maintain continuous production flow while minimizing equipment downtime.
  • Prioritize work orders to meet daily throughput and production targets.
  • Verify software versions, part numbers, and revisions before beginning production runs.
  • Perform validation checks, including checksums and verification logs, to ensure software integrity.
  • Immediately identify, stop, and escalate any quality or process discrepancies.
  • Maintain strict control of software media, chips, and serialized components to ensure complete traceability.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and in real time while following all standard operating procedures.
  • Perform basic equipment troubleshooting to quickly resolve minor operational issues and escalate recurring concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area that supports 5S and production excellence.
  • Provide clear communication during shift handoffs and collaborate with teammates to support production goals.
  • Participate in quality investigations and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.
What We're Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or another regulated production environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work the first time. Ability to follow structured work instructions, standard operating procedures, and controlled processes. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Strong organizational skills and accountability for meeting production goals. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across shifts and production areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in gaming manufacturing or a similar regulated industry. Familiarity with controlled software environments and audit requirements. Experience working with production metrics such as throughput, yield, efficiency, or KPIs.

Produce accurate, defect-free work with a strong first-pass yield. Keep production equipment running efficiently while minimizing downtime. Maintain complete documentation and traceability for every production lot. Communicate proactively about production status, risks, and equipment issues. Take ownership of quality by identifying and resolving issues before they impact downstream operations. Adapt to changing production priorities while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports continuous improvement and uninterrupted production flow.

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $38,390 - $53,750 USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
