Location: Reno, NV – Paid Relocation Available!
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Full Benefits

Our client, a global leader in advanced medical technology manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead one of its high-volume production teams at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Reno, NV. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone with a background in industrial or manufacturing engineering, experience in high volume manufacturing, and a drive for continuous improvement. You'll oversee department staffing (a team of approximately 30), production flow, equipment performance, and operational KPIs—all while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment.

- Lead daily operations for a high-volume manufacturing area
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 75 production employees
- Maintain a hands‑on presence on the production floor to support operations
- Build production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure staffing meets operational demands
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and implement corrective actions
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues, downtime, and production inefficiencies
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize manufacturing processes
- Manage departmental labor, overtime, and operating costs while meeting production targets
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement
- 3+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience required
- High-volume manufacturing experience required
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment required (medical device, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, industrial automation, etc.)
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis experience required
