Machine Operator II (2nd Shift) - Presses
Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator II (2nd Shift) - Presses at our Reno, NV facility! The hourly rate for this position is $22.73 +.50 shift differential per hour.

2:30PM - 11PM (Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.)

What You'll Do:• Understand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses.
• Troubleshoot various machinery problems.
• Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders.
• Quality control and document all parts run on machines.
• Retrieve and enter data into SAP.
• Inventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production.
• Maintain a clean work area and tend to other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 50 miles of the Reno, NV facility will be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience with forming or bending machines.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience reading drawings or blueprints.
- Experience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools.
• Ability to operate machinery and presses safely.
• Ability to read, accurately interpret, and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings.
• Ability to identify different gauges and types of raw material.
• Ability to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers.
• Ability to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision.

• Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift with or without reasonable accommodations

• Able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.

• Exposure to cold/heat weather conditions while shipping doors are open.
