Production Associate

We are seeking a full-time Production Associate for our on-site facility located in Reno, NV. The Production Associate will handle essential tasks such as assisting production workflows, operating machinery, and maintaining quality control standards. Additional duties include ensuring smooth functioning of the production line, troubleshooting minor challenges, and adapting to varied responsibilities to support production goals.

• Experience in Assembly and familiarity with Production Lines
• Proficient in Hand-tool Operation (drills, wrenches, etc)
• Demonstrated ability to be Easily Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable team player with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus
• Pay starts at $22/hr (including +$1 shift differential) for our 2:30PM to 10:30PM shift.
