6 AM-2:30 PM | Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed

If you have a strong background in CNC setup, blueprint reading, quality inspections, and troubleshooting, this is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced equipment while producing precision components in a safety-focused environment.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machine tools for production.
• Install tooling, load CNC programs, and make machine offset adjustments.
• Read blueprints, setup sheets, and engineering drawings to produce quality parts.
• Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments and document quality results.
• Complete secondary operations, routine maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with training new team members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-4 years of CNC machine setup and operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret setup and inspection sheets.
• Experience with tooling changes, CNC offsets, and precision measuring equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, shop math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and production standards.
