Position SummaryAs a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality medical devices. You will work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where precision, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. Every product you help build directly impacts patients around the world, making this a rewarding career with purpose.
- Assemble medical devices and components by following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production objectives.
- Cross-train in multiple production areas as business needs require.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with excellent hand-eye coordination.
