Wednesday 1AM - 7AM, Thursday - Saturday 7PM - 7AM

You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on (what we call) D Shift You will supervise approximately 52 hourly Associates On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met

You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
