Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6a m to 3:30 pm

Looking for Assembly Technician jobs in Reno where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.
The Job Duties will be to work as part of a team to assemble products or components of a product. This position will perform basic and routine tasks in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of the tasks as assigned. This position will ensure that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently, and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures, and goals.
EducationRequirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
- Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
- Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Technician.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
