Responsibilities- Involve the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population‑specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
- Construct and implement the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill; integrate direct and indirect patient care activities related to the diagnosis and co‑morbidities.
- Coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients; develop goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
- Consistently complete hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs (e.g., pain, repositioning, toileting) and evaluate the environment for patient friendliness and safety.

- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certificate; NRP within 6 months of hire.
- Prefer one year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in an acute care setting.
- STABLE certification (or obtained within six months of employment).
