Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Telemetry night shift position requiring a NV license and at least 2 years of specialty experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital based Medical and Telemetry unit
- Care for patients requiring medical and telemetry monitoring
- Night shift assignment
- 13-week contract term
- Uses Epic EMR system with training during orientation or testing out available
- No blocked scheduling allowed
- Minimum of two major holidays must be worked
- A 13-week break is required after completing a travel assignment before returning
- Requested time off must be included at the time of application
- Kronos is used for timekeeping
- Holiday coverage will include a minimum of two major holidays
- Epic EMR training will be provided during orientation or candidates can test out
- Active NV RN license required for consideration
- At least 2 years of recent experience in medical telemetry nursing
- Certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) approved
- Ability to use Epic charting system
- Must live more than 60 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted)
