RN - TELE

The Registered Nurse in this position provides optimal patient care utilizing knowledge and skills within the context of the nursing process, being accountable for individualized patient outcomes over the entire episode of care. The RN provides comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families/caregivers.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care between other professionals as needed.
• Provide care to a diverse patient population, including those with complex medical conditions.
• Engage with families and significant others in the assessment and planning process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cognitive and psychosocial needs specific to the served population.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical experience required.
• NV RN license required prior to start.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
