Job Description
Quail Surgical and Pain Management Center in Reno, Nevada, is an outpatient surgical center dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Established by a group of community physicians, the goals of the founding physicians have not changed since they were established in 9. These goals focus on:

- Assess the staff's educational needs and assists in implementing a plan to meet those needs. Coordinates staff education for new equipment and products.

This position performs a dual function, clinical and supervisory. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performs disciplinary actions, and participates in hiring and termination of staff. communicates with physicians/nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
AboutUniversal Health Services Qualifications
- Current NV State Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS
- Current ACLS (may be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in an accredited program within one year of employment or transfer into supervisory role.
- A minimum of 3-years OR experience required.
