Physician Assistant Partner - Primary Care / Local Clinic

Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000
Triad Complete Healthcare offers a structured program to launch and eventually transition ownership of a primary care clinic to qualified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates in Oklahoma. The program includes financial and operational support in the first 12 months, followed by phased transfer of ownership within 36 months, culminating in debt‑free practice ownership.
PractitionerRoles and Responsibilities
- Assess patient health through interview and physical examination.
- Document patient care and charting in patient and department records.
- Provide quality outpatient services by appointment.
- Conduct health maintenance, education, and disease prevention screenings.
- Perform well‑woman gynecological exams and related education.
- Educate patients regarding disease processes and healthy habits.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immunization schedules and clinic protocols.
- Order and evaluate appropriate laboratory and imaging studies.
- Complete continuing medical education and maintain licensure in good standing.
- Maintain current prescriptive authority license, OBNDD and DEA number.
- Prescribe medications within the nurse practitioner formulary limits.
- Assist in community health screening and disease prevention activities.
- Inform medical director of difficult cases or poor outcomes.
- Interact effectively with patients, families, clinic team members, and other stakeholders.
- Current valid license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) in Oklahoma.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dedication to providing high‑quality patient care.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills.
