Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Oncology

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cancer Nursing Unit (Oncology) night shift position in Reno, NV, requiring a valid NV RN license and at least 2 years of oncology experience.

• Work in a Cancer Nursing Unit (Oncology) within a hospital setting,

• Night shift schedule,

• 13-week contract assignment,

• Uses Epic for charting,

Job Requirements

• Active NV RN license required,

• Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience,

• All certifications must be AHA-issued,

• BLS (AHA) required,

Additional Information

• Epic charting training is provided during orientation, or candidates may test out,

• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility - local candidates are not eligible,

• A minimum of 2 major holidays will be required,

• Blocked scheduling is not permitted,

• Requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration,

• Travelers who have previously worked at this facility must have a 13-week break following the end of their last contract before returning,

• RNs who have not yet obtained a NV license may still be considered and will need to apply for licensure promptly upon offer
