Relocation offered.

Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Apply Patient‑Centered Care concepts as the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.

• Construct and implement the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
• Integrate direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnosis and comorbidities.
• Coordinate the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
• Develop goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
• Consistently complete hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs.
• Pro‑actively evaluate the environment to ensure it is patient‑friendly and safe.
• Support and inform patients and families of hospital‑specific components of the Patient‑Centered Care Delivery model.

• Current Nevada nursing license.
• At least one year of critical care nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
