About the Position
Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, is a 170‑bed acute care hospital in the Truckee Meadows region offering 24/7 ER care and a wide range of specialty services. We are seeking a Senior ED Technician to provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The position is part‑time, offers full benefits, and features a convenient schedule.
CoreResponsibilities
- Provide supportive care to Emergency Department patients under direct supervision.
- Takes, documents, and reports vital signs; immediately informs the nurse of abnormal results.
- Transports patients to other departments and inpatient units as needed.
- Assists with moving, ambulating, and lifting patients.

- Current AEMT certification.
