This CVOR OR Registered Nurse opportunity is full‑time, 40 hours per week, offers full benefits, and is a convenient day‑shift position. The nurse will provide direct patient care across the full age range, address psychosocial, physical, and general care aspects of the surgical environment, communicate continuously with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, assist with equipment and inventory management, participate in performance improvement activities, and assist patients during procedures.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Demonstrates supportive behaviors necessary for performing bedside report using IMAP & SBAR.
- Takes appropriate actions and documents in response to manifested anxiety or distress, and requests Social Services/Pastoral Care as appropriate.
- Provides patient explanations and verbal reassurances consistently.
- Formulates individualized plans of care and evaluates effectiveness.
- Identifies physical symptoms and changes, and takes timely appropriate actions.

Qualifications- Current NV RN license.
- At least one year experience in the operating room.
- Current ACLS & BLS certification.
